Every product we create is a reflection of their dedication, creativity, and hard work—from the first spark of an idea to the final touch of a carefully placed label. We believe in building a culture rooted in honor, respect, and opportunity. That means giving our Citizens the chance to show us what they can do, rather than letting the world define them by what they can’t. Their unique strengths and talents are what make our mission possible, and we’re proud to walk alongside them every step of the way.

Dallas is creative, quick-witted, and full of amazing ideas! He enjoys spending time in the kitchen where he can smell all of the amazing goodies we make!
Ella is fiercely loyal and deeply protective of the people she loves. She’s passionate about all things festive—holidays, themed days, and spontaneous dance parties light her up. Known for giving the best hugs and worshiping with her whole heart, she is always the first to step in and help others.Â
Emily begins each day with a smile! She has a passion for music and Alabama football. Whether at work or at home, she loves wearing all the beautiful jewelry she’s made at BiG!
Katie is a joy to be around, with an infectious smile that lights up every room. She loves spending time with her family and especially enjoys going to the pool, where the water gives her the resistance she needs to stand and walk on her own. Katie also finds joy in going to church, where her love of music shines as she lights up when the choir sings.
Henley brings a strong and steady spirit to BiG! He takes pride in working hard and accomplishing a good day’s work.
Laura radiates positivity and always brings a smile to your face! Her love for all things Disney and theater shines bright, and if you visit us, you'll see her putting on the performance of a lifetime.
LeeAnna is a powerhouse in a small package! She brings energy and attitude to every enterprise and has a special knack for helping pack our products.

Mady brings a quiet but thoughtful mind to BiG. She enjoys observing, asking questions and brings thoroughness to all of our enterprises. Mady loves animals, and her family. We are delighted to have her with us at Ady's BiG Army.
Omead brings a gentleness to BiG! His warm and inviting presence are something to be admired and he blows us away with his memory and photoshop talents!

Stephen’s infectious laugh and patriotic spirit bring fresh energy to BiG! He loves prayer, good music, time with friends, and relaxing with his favorite shows and movies.
Talia has a servant's heart! She is always eager to lend a helping hand and enjoys getting to know everyone she meets! Her welcoming spirit helps cultivate a sense of belonging in our program!
